Pro Clubs Play Off Games Not Counting

Played 4x Playoff games on pro clubs, which we have won, only to be met with an error and getting disconnected from the EA servers. This means we are unable to finish the playoff season and and wont ...

Whilst playin pro clubs after every game and error message appears 

Error reads: 

"There was a problem communicating with the EA Servers. You will be returned to the FC Main Menu. Please try again.

Then im kicked back to home screen and result isnt registering
