Pro Clubs Play Off Games Not Counting

Ea pro clubs still not working, keeps disconnecting after every game and you don’t receive any points for the win or anything. 

such a joke of a company EA can’t even run a game properly 🤦‍♂️ 

Same situation here , kicks after every single match doesnt count it as a win or lose

Same exact problem. After every win, cannot connect to EA server. Shows updated record on calendar but does not give points towards promotion. 

I had the same issue, we had 3 games remaining and won 2. We decided to leave the last game because we assumed the game was bugged. But either way, my team’s rank has been affected and I want some sort of compensation or something.

Hey EA,

After going 15 wins without loss in the playoffs, our team finished in 0th position and was given a paltry 65k fans.

Could you sort this out please?

Nope! still got/heard nothing. Hoping someone from EA will see how many responses this topic is getting and will prompt them to push out an update/fix!

Really frustrating to think we spent a month of trying to get people online at the same time to get into the elite division just for nothing. Doesn't seem worth playing if the issue is going to continue. Pro Clubs seems to be getting worse and worse every year. 

After the game it crashes and sends us back to the home screen like nothing happened, it happened throughout playoffs and also when we started today on the new season
