Pro's face customisations in Clubs keep resetting

My pro's face customisations in Clubs keep resetting on its own. The skin complexion, beard, and hairstyle (including colour) remain the way I set them but everything else (eyes, ears, etc) goes back...

Having the exact same problem! Luckily my pro is a direct copy from a youtube video but its annoying having to do it all the time
