Ps4 and fifa24

I am unable to play fifa24 in my ps4 console, fifa25 works and the fifa24 works in my ps5 with same login.

Hi there. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:

  1. Unplug your modem/router
  2. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
  3. Plug in your modem/router and restart your PS4


Try playing again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
