This is something that EA will need to review on their servers, as mentioned before it appears to be a repeat and that it's the advantage to them and its more feedback complaints situation. Another way is that it's a complaint against you and that's what they wanted to happen with that outcome the gameplay to their advantage with you forgetting that you played them so this can happen. I don't have access to the page itself, so EA employees will find a solution as this is a common interference.
