PS5 input lag

While watching this video, I felt like I saw what happened to me, my goalkeeper missed the ball, my player locked on the loose ball and let the ball go when he got to the ball, balls falling short even if I filled the bar full, and a ton of other nonsense that now haunts my dreams.
Sometimes it's as if the AIs are out of control, they absolutely lose positional awareness, they collide, they don't lock onto the ball or the opponent, and coincidentally this usually happens in matches where I feel there is a problem with my connection/game lobby. What's worse is that my game has been like this for a while now.
