Putting Reichert into Visionary Evolution doesn‘t work

Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Ea Fc 24 Ultimate Team Evolution When putting Ulm Player Reichert Into the visionary toty evolution, in which he fits in, the Connection to the ea Servers get lost. Other players could do the Evo, just Reichert can‘t. I already did a few Evolutions With him, he has an rating of 77, if that helps.
How is this making it more difficult? Reichert is one of my favourite players and i think it would be Nice to evolve him, but it doesnt work
How can we reproduce this experience? Fix the bug
