Quick sell recovery glitched store

I Acidentally quick sold my Alex Telles evolution and performed a quick sell recovery on it. This sent it to my unassigned but I could not claim it. On the companion app it claims its a duplicate despite me not being able to do his evolution twice. I dont even have the gold card. Trying to claim him from the console leads to an error message as shown in the images below.

He's my starting LB and kind of an idol of mine. So any assistance would be massive for me
