Quick sell recovery not resetting to 5 each month

As my reset timer was about to refresh the next day I quick sold some duplicates hoping to claim them back once I had 5 refreshes remaining. But when the timer ended for the month I have only received 1 refresh for the entire 30 days and not the 5 as advertised. Hoping this gets resolved quickly as I only have a week to claim the items.

    Hi there, @Benlloyd917 

    Quicksell recoveries take 31 days to refresh. It's not based on a monthly refresh where you get them all back regardless of when the recovery was used. For example, if you recover one today, it, that recovery is then available again in 31 days. If you recover 3 tomorrow, those 3 will then refresh after 31 days from tomorrow. They wouldn't refresh with the recovery you used yesterday.

    But there are 5 recoveries. How do we know when the rest come back?

    How does EA not understand this question?

    @KianDK 

    You'll have to keep track of each recovery and when it expires. Once a recovery expires, it can be used again.

    So if I’ve used all my restores and I have players I’d still like to recover after the 31 days of me using my recoveries will my players still be in the quicksell recovery list and will I be able to restore them then.

    Can I get these back after 21 days
