Hi Everyone,
As a temporary solution, you can swap your LW and ST in the "Attacking" formation setup and change the mantality in the beginning of every game.
That's what I'm doing until EA fix this bug.

I have a suspicion that chemisttry is calculated with the lineup that starts the game and the one you can see in the custom tactics.
So that would make the team setup page wrong and showing the wrong chemistry.becsuse internally the players are swapped.
I could be very wrong here, but that is how I have been setting my team up. I put the players in their correct positions to check their chemistry and then swap the LW and ST before advancing to the game.
Unfortunately with no word from the devs, we will have to guess which one is the right solution.
