It's a base, thunderstruck or winter wildcards icon pick, it doesn't guarantee that you're actually gonna get a thunderstruck or winter wildcards icon in the pick. You got unlucky & got 3 base icons in your pick, just like thousands of others that also opened the pick.

No, I think I doesn't explained well. I got that icon pick. Picked Sócrates, but got nothing.

The only advice I can offer you is to check quick sell recovery to check you didn't accidently discard him (which I assume you've already done) & keep contacting EA Help.
