Re: are both versions of icons in packs?

for everyone that may still be wondering what's going on with this. here is the response i got from ea customer service. appears they're trying to act like this is totally fine. i do not agree. especially when the pack probabiities for the store packs do not specify percentages for base icons but do for promo icons. i know this is different for sbc/obj packs but imo that shouldn't matter either. icon player has promo in packs, base versions should not be granted during that time. period. but i feel the stronger argument that could actually maybe get something done, or at least acknowleged by ea is for the store packs bc of the written probabilities. i'll include my response as well and update with their response when i receive it. 

everyone needs to bombard ea cust service ab this though. they will not acknowledge it if everyone just accepts this s**t. use similar language about the pack probabilities so that they know we have a leg to stand on.
