I have the same issue on PlayStation 5, I won a player via bid went to claim player and it says contacting to ultimate team is not possible, the issue happens around 11am BST I have bought other players fine Please see the attachments of the player I can’t claim and is stuck, it has taken my coins but can’t claim player.
