I have now received an extra Champions entry from the EA team. However this is not what I was told I would receive in the ticket I made...
I have had to make 4 more tickets, and after being assured 3 more times that I would receive the correct rewards, I have found out that the EA team has decided not to give me the correct rewards. Furthermore, they told me that I was going to be answered here by someone from the team within 24 hours, however this has still not happened 4 days later. The last ticket I made, I was told that I was not going to receive the rewards and the chat was rudely ended by the support worker. All of the other tickets, especially the first one, I had pleasant experiences. I am very disappointed that I have spent so much time grinding just to receive the wrong rewards, due to a fault in fc24. This is rather frustrating...

Hi, same thing happened to me and now the game’s considered I’ve already redeemed my UT Champions entry :(
