Having exact same problem. After doing a part an then full factory reset now not able to access any online features.

Rebooted xb and router several times
Cleared alternative wireless mac address
OS version 10.0.26100.1968
All updates done.
Tried hotspot connection
Created new squad, that didn't work either
2 chats, both closed by ea as fixed - they weren't I think they were timed out.
Probably the same as everyone else the error message reads - in order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to xbox network and you must be signed in to ea servers......
I am also still having this problem (since yesterday). My case is still open and waiting to hear back. Hopefully they fix this soon!!

had this happen to me 2 nights ago i got fed up of trying all these solutions i see online went to bed when i got up the next day it didant work when i first loaded in but i changed my microsoft password then loaded it back up and it worked but now tonight ive went to go back onto fc24 and the same error sign is showing up ive tried changing my password again and it hasn't worked also ive played it since it came out so why its done this the last couple days im unsure. Need fixing ASAPHi thanks for the reply,

Also, I can access all online features if I play the game using cloud without any issues, but get message when playing from my console and/or external storage

We believe this issue is resolved following the system update released on September 6th, which addressed the problem
Make sure to download the new Xbox system updates.

- Summary of Issue: after reset of the xbox, every time i try to play i get this message ''dever ter sessao iniciada na rede xbox e nos servidores ea de modo a aceder as funcionalidades online deste titulo'' so i can't connect to ea servers, all the other online games work ok, also companion is ok, on my account management i turned off login verification as the chat suggested, did not work and the chat disconect.
i can login in help.ea.com with the xbox email and with the ea account e-mail.

Updated Xbox manually but Still getting stuck on white screen again 🙄 Tried 3 or 4 times but Looks like factory reset is only option but not holding out much hope 🙄🙄

Last week when I discovered a problem my first problem was when I started the game in was stuck in the white loading screen and nothing happend at all. I then factory reset my console and then everything worked again normally expect the error to access the EA servers but I could play offline.
Yesterday when Microsoft released the new update to solve the bug regarding connecting to EA servers with WiFi, I updated the console manually and found the update ”Settings > System > updates and after it was updated I started fc 24 again and finally it works with the EA servers with WiFi. Everything is good now for me and everything works now as normally again 🙂 - @MIIICHKOO Yea on FC24. Ok that’s worth knowing I’ll do the factory reset after work and see what happens. Just didn’t want to loose my career mode but tbf it’s doing my head in so is what it is. Good to hear it’s all resolved for you tho 👍🏻

Maybe try reset console without removing all data. I did that at the beginning when I couldn't run any game after August update. It helped with the "stuck" issue, but of course not with issue with online games. Last xbox patch resolved this issue.
