This is a problem on Microsoft side, has to do with the latest patch/update last week that is bugged and caused the problem.

Also me, I panic and factory reset the xbox but still getting the same error as other players that they can't connect to the EA servers, there is nothing wrong with out network!! the problem is on Microsoft/Xbox's side and they need to solve it.
Hope they solve it soon, so we dont have to wait until next update :/:/
but it could be days, weeks, hopefully sooner,,,
so this is an xbox issiue ☹️

I can't believe it never crossed my mind to link The internet cable and disabled WiFi. Like Magic it worked. I Will play with The internet cable so problem fixed for me. Thank you all very much

Glad it’s all working 👍🏻 after 2 hours last night leaving it running in back round , it eventually loaded and worked. Connected via Ethernet lead aswell. This morning again nothing first time. Any updates from EA about what Microsoft are doing? FC25 will be here before they sort this 😅🙄🙄

@MikeyMedz Nah, Havn't heard any updates from MS yet. My thoughts is that they just "recevied" these news. so who knows when this will be solved. But until now we just have to wait and keep playing with our ethernet cable until they solve the "WiFi bug" issiue from the last update.
Hehe yeah FC25 will soon be here but they still have to solve the issiue so we dont have this problem when the new game is out :D

@MIIICHKOO No worries just have to wait and see. I’d happily play offline if I could even get past the white screen 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️ yeah let’s hope FC25 doesn’t get all this 🤞🏻

There is new update for xbox which solves issue permanently and online play is working also on wifi
