Is it normal that it doesn't work even though 12 hours of maintenance have passed?

Are we going to be compensated for lost match rewards, such as for the TOTS Warm Up Daily Play? Or atleast extending out the time. To complete? I know to EA shutting down servers for 4-6 hours isn't anything but to some of your players, that may be the online timeframe they are able to get on and play for the Daily Rewards.

What is EA going to do about Daily Play games if a players are not able to login and complete them due to the maintenance taking servers down for 6+ hours? This downtime may be the only time of they day they are able to play because of work and other real life obligations they have, such as myself. I truly only have like 2 hours in a day that I can play matches, and if the servers come back on at 12UTC, that give me about 30 minutes to play 3 matches. Which is not realistic obviously. So now I miss out on those, and then that puts me behind on the daily play completion objective..

So how many hours or days are you going to extend the server down time?

can you make sure you extend SBC times such as 83 x 10 so we can get then done before they go at 1800hrs?

people understand maintenance is required, but incompetence is not a customer issue. 

Quarter past 12:00 UTC at this point and absolutely zero communication. How you gona tell us to stay tuned for updates and then go radio silent as the deadline that you extended for yourselves just rolls on by?

You still haven’t giving  me compo  for my missing packs and now this ! We spend soo much money on this game . That’s not right you need to sort your customers out for this .

Sooooooo... what time are we expecting now? Completely lost my chance of doing the Daily Play games from yesterdays refresh. Hopefully they extend the timeframe to complete it. Thanks EA!!! Give us time sensitive objectives, and take away time of completing them... great work!!
