Exact same thing with my PS5, been reported but nobody wants to do anything about it!!

Fellas you're wasting your time, me and other folks have been bothering them on this site for 2 years to fix a bug in career mode that essentially breaks the Youth Academy feature, and they can't be bothered to do anythibg about it. EA would much rather pump out bug fixes for Ultimate Team so that they can get children hooked on gambling, best we can do is hope somebody like 2K sports gets the FIFA license and kills FC, much like NBA2K did to NBA Live like 14 years ago.
