Hey everyone,
We can read you're still having issues with your career crashing after we released a fix three weeks ago.
Please let us know if you started a new Career and the crash continues using created players on your club since, as said in the thread marked as Solution, you need to start a new Career mode to avoid crashes.
- @EA_LeonSK Morning Sir, I tried this morning after the last title update to start a new career and as usual it crash right at the loading screen of the league. I no longer get crashes at the start of the second season , but created players issues are still there, after a second season they're deleted , skin changed, no height , nationality...and even duplicated but unusable. Having created many players, when I launch my career mode, some of them have generated mini faces or dark Grey mini faces that don't look like them at all. Here's my report.

- @EA_LeonSK Yes. New careers still have the same issue
Details of issues in Career mode related to created players.
> Created players removed, bugged with no height, nationality, new position, new face...can't interact with him, you lost him.
> Created player mini face in Career mode vs kick off ( as it should be ).
Adding on that crashes are still occurring for me after the fix. New career with a created club after the release of the update. Saved in the first day of the new season, and the save file is unusable now — crashes every time I try to open career mode.
- @Guitarcat666 Yeah, I'm really tired of this, the issue is in the game since the launch, we're in March, nothing fixed yet.

If you're still experiencing crashing issues even after starting a new career, we need to ask you for further details so that our Team can investigate in depth. We know we're requesting a lot of information, but please fill out as much as possible to make the investigation more efficient.

We actually want to play the game, with created players and everything, but still the same issue, we waited till March, FIFA 23 didn't have those issues.
Can you fix this and communicate with us please? Even a "No" would be good so I can refund. Can't play since the launch , it's too much! - stefanbrandow2 years agoSeasoned Adventurer

- Steps taken before the crash occurred: After starting new season upon selecting squad hub or other menu items game completely crashes. Created players are deleted from season before crash.

- When did you start the career: Yesterday 05/03/24, oldest was around December time
- did you include created players in the career? yes, there were 9 playing for a club that wasn't the one I was managing. I was managing a pre-existing club in the latest one, and created a new club for the December one.
- Date/Time crash occured: game did not crash, i assume because i did not own any players that became corrupted.
- Steps taken before the crash occurred? saved before starting the next season. Players created were corrupted when starting the second season. Happens every time, sometimes its 3, sometimes its 5, not always the same player. Also happens to players my youth scout finds on occasion.
- error received during the crash: no error received, as game did not crash, but save became unplayable.
Yo estoy con este problema y no puedo jugar al juego es inviable que un problema que esta desde el lanzamiento y no hay solución me parece lamentable que no pueda jugar a un juego que yo he pagado es increíble, ahora eso si la tienda y los micropagos eso si funciona eso no falla eso no muchas gracias el año se va a comprar el juego gargollo
@EA_LeonSK Yes. It still crashes if you have a created player in the team at the start of the second season. This issue has not been resolved.
Frankly speaking, this is quite disappointing as it was working just fine before the update in Jan.

Wow! So many new issues with this problem.. I took a break from my original squad with the created players and started 2 new careers but insofar all good. I will see at the end of their respective seasons if I can progress without errors. No , I don't gave ANY created players this time; I've learned my lesson. However I see that gamers have been experiencing this issues with the youth academy but I haven't in all of my saves . Hmm. That's discouraging.
Yeah it makes sense, since player from youth academy are basically created or generated too.
- @K-Dav_X well they work for me. I am not having issues yet .
I have had no issues with youth academy and have played multiple seasons with different clubs. However, created players are a big issue. Started one last week as the EA had marked the issue resolved...but it has not been resolved at all.
