Crashing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play rivals and champions.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have to close game and keep having to sign in. It's happened for a very long time and I've spent a lot of time and money on this game. I feel disheartened. As I've just played 2 games and should have been up 10 goals for goals so master, played the whole 90 mins and then got disconnected. 6-1 and 4-2. I am frustrated now. I expect compensation on the game regarding this, you're such a big company. Your customers shouldn't feel like I'm feeling and I'm not happy. I expect a swift response. I have my ps5 on an antenna so network isn't a problem also if you check the amount of times I've logged back on same times. Very horrendous. I play 5 hours a day. Just isn't good enough after spending a lot of money. I have been a EA fan for 20 years.
What should be happening instead? Normal game play and not crashing while I'm trying to complete objectives

I do not have time to record and have proof but if you want proof look at the amount of times I've closed game and logged right back in. Loading issue is appalling. I shouldn't use my time to be emailing like this.
