Re: Change Prime Gaming account to send content to PS5 rather than xbox

Any Prime rewards should go to the first account you log in on once you claim the rewards. If you're using the web/companion app, do you have both set to your PlayStation account? If they're on Xbox, it could explain why your rewards are going there instead.

Hello. Thanks for getting back to me. I do have both xbox and PS5 accounts in my companion app and hop between them. If I set the live account on the companion app to be PS5 before I claim the Prime reward would that do it? If so I can try that when the June pack is made available. Would that also be the case if I fired up FC24 on the PS5 first?

Both of those should mean that you get your content on your PlayStation, yes. There isn't really a way to set one or the other as a "primary" account, it's more of a first-come first-serve type thing.
