Re: companion app transfer market access nintendo switch

@Iggles4133 In order to unlock access to the transfer market you have to play a certain number of games. There is no set number of games and it differs from person to person. The best thing to do is to enjoy the game and keep playing games and when you hit the required number the transfer market on the companion app will be open to you.

Here's the link with the information:- https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea-sports-fc/transfer-market-web-and-companion-apps/

According to the EASPORTS FC Transfer market access document, gaining access is based on 3 things:

    From https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea-sports-fc/transfer-market-web-and-companion-apps/?isIhi=true&p=fc-24

"How long it takes to unlock the Transfer Market is based on a few different factors.

    • Your account history and if it’s in good standing by following the EAS FC rules.

    • How many different Ultimate Team™ accounts you’re using on the same device.

    • How many active days of Ultimate Team™ you’ve played.
      • An active day is when you’ve played three full matches in Ultimate Team™ and logged into the Web or Companion App within a calendar day, following UTC timezones, per Ultimate Team™ account.

Playing more than three matches per day won’t increase your chances of unlocking the Transfer Market.

Below are some examples of how many active days of playing it takes to get access to the Transfer Market.

    • For an Ultimate Team™ account that’s in good standing, and is the only account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, playing two active days would normally earn you access.

    • For an Ultimate Team™ account in good standing that’s not the only Ultimate Team™ account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, it would take at least four active days to earn access. Depending on the number of Ultimate Team™ accounts used on a device, it could take longer.
      • If you share your device with siblings or friends who also play Ultimate Team™, it may take more time to gain access on each Ultimate Team™ account"

So please explain how after almost two weeks of "active days" in UT I still don't have access. And why the response from EA is there is no set number of games when your own documentation seems to indicate that any account in good standing should have access within 4 days at the most? This has clearly been a widespread technical issue that EA doesn't seem to care about fixing.

In addition, I received the Transfer market welcome message in the app after the first two active days but the market remained locked. Again pointing to a techical issue.

  • Did you gain acces to the transfer market? Because I have the same problem, still no access. Was wondering if this is a matter of time

does not seem to work for Nintendo Switch at all. Everything else seems to work though, besides the app locking up.
