Ea doesn't care about pc players. 

I saw a comment section where players complain of same issues in fifa 23 and it still wasn't fixed even in September 2024.

It's happening to me too and I have no idea how to contact EA about it. This is so annoying. I paid for a game and I can't even access 90% of its features because my controller doesn't work once I enter a match online. None of their support has even responded to this thread. They don't care at all about PC players. I wish there was some way to force them to give a refund or something because this is unacceptable

Same issue for me. On Xbox Series S. When I join an online mode I cannot move my player on the pitch, except for squad battles/offline. Div Rivals I cannot even confirm I am ready in the kit selection screen. I bought the ultimate edition game and haven’t managed to play one online game.

its a serious problem and they just refuse to bring a patch out to fix it and just ignoring us not even giving a reply saying we are working on it, its ridiculous, sort ur stuff ea for the love of god

They simply don't care after successfully defrauding PC players. 
The recent PC update doesn't address this issue at all

@EA_Darko @EA_Stiv @EA_Eve @EA_Mat @EA_Guy @EA_HLT @EA_Ed have the same problem, tried everything controller works just fine tested it with software tried to update all the drivers but this is clearly ea's fault. Also tried the one with the steam input nothing works pls fix.

All Online Modes dont work. Players dont move cant play.

So i think i found the issue i tried every fix on the internet and it didnt work. I turned on the ingame setting for controler input visibility in the Visuals tab and saw that my Controller Inputs were going through fine, but i also noticed, that they were very delayed but my inputs. I then set everything to low turned Vsync on and had FPS uncapped  (and started ea fc as an administrator app) and it worked i was able to control my players but it was still very laggy, so i looked at the Task-Manager and saw that my CPU was completely booked out ingame so you might have to increase your CPUs Power.

Still working on that, will provide an update if it works but at least i was able to somewhat play the game online. Hope this helps been frustrated with this issue for a week now .

TLDR: Lowered all settings to low, no limits on fps, turned on Vsync and your CPU might be overworked so check Task-Manager

Xbox is killing me with this not being able to control your players in game, happens in Ultimate Team and Pro Clubs far too often.

even after filling restarting my Xbox, still continues to do it. I’ve noticed it happen if you leave a match on either clubs or UT but sometimes it just does it whenever it wants

Im having this exact problem now. Players are not responsive, players do not move, huge input delay in all online matches. Do we have to fkin tag every single EA employee, eventually the CEO as well?!
