Anti Cheat Service Not Stopping

When I close the game the anti cheat service is not stopping like it should, it gets stuck saying its STOPPING and I cant kill it through task manager or command prompt, this makes me unable to launch the game and the only way to fix it is to restart my pc, but because windows cant kill the service it causes my pc to freeze when restarting/ shutting down/ log off causing me to do a hard shutdown
