EA Anti Cheat 100% Disk Usage

EA Anti Cheat had 240MB/s of disk usage. Causing my SSD to spike 100% and the game will freeze and then resync. Happened when playing clubs, why is this happening?

App used: Resource Monitor

    Hello, did your issue get solved?? 
    Mine is getting upto 840 MB/s on SSD. Its a killer
