Could you please share a DxDiag? How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag
Sure, it is in Spanish so if you need any translations just let me know, thanks.

Hey @0grhn85eifth,
Thanks for providing the DxDiag. Would it be possible to provide it in a .txt file so we can access all the information?
- Press the Windows key and enter 'dxdiag' in the search box.
- Select the dxdiag app.
- When DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, select the Run 64-bit DxDiag button.
- If that button doesn’t appear, move to step 6.
- You’ll see a green progress bar in the bottom-left of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window while the program is gathering information.
- When the progress bar disappears, it means your report is ready.
- Select Save All Information.
- Save the file to your desktop (make sure it’s saving as a text file) and give it a name you’ll remember.
- Select Exit.
Thanks,
Alright thanks, I got it but how do I send it?

You can click on Reply, then on the page where you compose your message, you will see the option "Choose File" at the bottom right of the page.
I'm pretty sure it's attached, let me know if it's not, thanks.

It's attached correctly. Thank you!
My suggestion here would be:
- Download GeForce Experience: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/- Update the GPU drivers
- Use the option to optimize your game. You will find this option in the Home tab > click on the game > scroll down and click optimize on the bottom right. This will overwrite the game settings and hopefully fix the problem.
Let us know how that goes.
Hello there, thanks for helping me but still doesn't work

@0grhn85eifth would you be able to share a screenshot of what the screen looks like when you try to launch the game? I recorded a video if that's better, but it's too heavy to send it here

@0grhn85eifth if the video file cannot be uploaded here, then you would need to upload it to another platform such as YouTube and share the link. There u go, thanks

Thanks for sharing the video. It's hard to tell exactly what's causing this, to identify if this is related to the settings in your Windows account, you could perhaps create a new Windows user to see if it runs properly there: Manage user accounts in Windows
In case these steps don't help, you could also try uninstalling the game using Ccleaner as that will completely wipe all files from the device, including the settings.
To delete them, you can try using CCleaner to clear out issues and errors.
For instructions on how to use Ccleaner to uninstall apps, click here.
While we suggest using CCleaner, EA does not provide user support for this program–use it at your own risk. Please follow any installation guides straight from CCleaner when installing and performing program set-up. You can find help on CCleaner’s support page.
Hello there, thanks for the help.
However, I tried both and it's still not working
I will try to uninstall it with CCleaner again, should I uninstall the EA app as well? Or only FC24

@0grhn85eifth You can try also uninstalling the EA app, there's no harm in doing so. Hey there, sadly still not working

@0grhn85eifth Is the issue still the same one or something has changed?
If still the same, can you try changing the resolution of the game and running it in windowed mode? You should be able to do that using the Geforce Experience app. Nothing has changed and which resolutions should I try? There are a lot
I checked every resolution and it's still not working
