Having the same issue on my laptop. 

Reinstalled drivers, reinstalled the game. Nothing has fixed this issue.

On a gaming laptop as well and haven't had any issues in any other game

Very frustrating as I paid full price for ultimate edition as well and now I can't even play the game :/
