@DoubleB10yeah many are.
i noticed a lot of lag coming from the EAanticheat program.
you should try another game, run cheat engine and let it scan the entire game.
then play the game while cheat engine is scanning.
if you notice the same kind of lag you are probably in the same boat as me.

meaning something is injecting itself into the game code, probably to check for cheats.
