Has the update fixed the infinite screen error?

Literally just spent near 90 minutes in a chat for the adviser to tell me they can't help me.. What a great support team EA has!

Not only that, they then close my case down and mark it as fixed!! [removed]

@EA_DarkoWhen will the damn dev fix the splash screen error, not the anti cheat error, the SPLASH SCREEN ERROR. You said you have enough diagnostics, you haven’t given us a time estimate, which made us believe Title Update 2 will fix the issue, yet it didn’t! This is BEYOND ridiculous from a company that claims ON LAUNCH the game will work 100%. You won’t even compensate/refund the members/users who purchased ultimate edition at all because it’s “being fix.” There is absolutely NO communication between the dev and players, there’s not ONE mention of the bug/issue that thousands of pc user are being effected by. What exactly are you going to do? How is this going to get fix? Will it EVEN get fixed? 

After 2 days of testing any type of solutions I readed on this forum I finally found the solution for me...I noted there is not eafc 24 fólder in my documents...

Then I created one and named ea fc 24s (with S) and next time I run the game It worked!!!

The anti cheat error is also an issue that prevents players to play the game! EA has to fix that also ASAP.

Didn't work for me. I already had an EA FC folder. I deleted it and started the game. It regenerated the folder but the game is still stuck on the splash screen.

The game also doesn't go beyond the splash screen due to the anti cheat problem. A couple of times I managed to get a glimpse of the save game creation thing, but for just a couple of seconds.

hey guys, i found something we can AT LEAST do to make the pay attention to us. just fill this out and hope for the best on this god forsaken game. 

in the crash section, just put splash screen so the can at least know where it is happening.

this is a joke from ea it has been over a week and nothing has happened. this is a scam and the way that they have the odasity to just not respond is disgusting well done ea for ruining the hype of playing the game.
