- @GhostCabs Just for clarification this is what I did - (Bitdefender users but will likely be similar for other AV software)
- Open Bitdefender
- Go to Protection > Advanced Threat Protection > Settings > Manage exceptions
I added the exceptions below;
c:\program files\ea games\ea sports fc 24\eaanticheat.gameservicelauncher.exe
c:\program files\ea games\ea sports fc 24\fc24.exe
c:\program files\ea\ac\eaanticheat.gameservice.exe
Alternatively you can disable Advanced Threat Protection (or the equivalent on your AV software) prior to playing EAFC24 if you wish.
Worked for me. @GhostCabs Thank-you for this advice, updated the exceptions list as advised, game now booting fine.
I have tried everything listed here, I have added FC 24 and the anticheat as an exception to everywhere I could imagine, it is still not working, I am tired.
plz tell me how it worked

Worked for me too, thank you very much.
4 days to search a solution...
I don't know why but tuesday, FC24 worked "perfectly" and Wednesday, not launching... are you still facing this issue? if so then mate yr not alone ☹️
I don't know if it works for you, guys, but I did this and it worked for me:
My game's folder path was: F:\Epic Games Library\EA SPORTS FC 24
I copied the EA SPORTS FC 24 folder and paste it on this path: C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 24
Then I deleted the old game folder from the F disc and opened the EA Apps, clicked the profile name then settings. Go to the "Download" section and edit the install location as "C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 24". Then go to the Library and click download FC 24, the install location will be "C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 24/EA SPORTS FC 24", change it as "C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 24" and the download the game. It will verify the files. When I try to open the game desperately it suddely opened. Maybe it works for you, too.
- what worked for me: 1. locate the game executable file 2. right click, properties 3. find the compatibility mode (set it for Windows 8)
This was the thing that did it for me as well. I tried everything. Adding only c:\program files\ea games\ea sports fc 24\fc24.exe to the Exploit CFG Exception didn't do it. Adding c:\program files\ea games\ea sports fc 24\eaanticheat.gameservicelauncher.exe and c:\program files\ea\ac\eaanticheat.gameservice.exe to the Exception list was key. Thanks!
