yesterday bought this game and after 4 hours torment it isnt worked yet! dont wanna lose my money

and what do i supose to do? i’ve downloaded all of the drivers for my pc i can. there is no information about incompatibility my accessories for this game. a lot of gamers are struggling with this issue and we can’t do anything with that. i bought this item 2 days ago and still don’t know what to do. can you take any action??

the fact is that I changed the amd to my nvidia geforce gtx 1650 discrete card, but still nothing works
Community ManagerHave you updated your system or BIOS to the new Nvidia after you installed that new car? You have to make sure that the game is running with the correct graphics card. Check your device manager and BIOS settings to be sure.
