You can try to delete the existing settings file from your Documents->EAFC24 folder and see if that helps.

The game should then create a new settings file.

@EA_Pulsar I have the same problem and if I delete the Documents->EAFC24 folder, when the game starts it will be recovered from the EA servers or from the EA Desktop app, in fact I noticed that if I delete and start offline this doesn't happen. Is there a way to prevent it from being reset by the server?
