Sorry EA. Not your fault after all.
Issue Fixed! If bought from CD Keys, you will have a replacement key email. The email states to remove the prior game from your account first, then enter the code as they will be deactivating old activation keys. To make sure you have the up to date activation key, you can redeem your code, select manage on your copy of FC24 and the new code should be there.
Ok so the email says to remove the game from my account but that doesn’t seem possible. How do we replace the code properly?
Remove from account or just uninstall?
If you click on "Manage" on your old copy of FC24 the old key will come up. All you need to do is, uninstall the old version, redeem your new key and you will get a new copy which tells you, you can play it tomorrow. Install this version, once installed you can click manage, and the new code will come up confirming you have the new version of the game key.

but they only send you the new key after uninstalling the ea fc play that I already have installed or they send you a new key and then I uninstall the old gamei unnistalled the old game, reedem the new key but it still says 29 september wtf

Same. Seems for me the 29th version has become the primary version on the EA app even though I redeemed the new code which initially said 22nd.
Try to open the game, it will say you'll be able to play it at the correct times and dates. Don't look at the release date.

Try launching the game using the desktop shortcut. The message already appeared to me saying that I could only play from the 22nd at 5amGlad I helped haha👍

Ah I wouldn't know then. I know there was an issue with CD Keys supplier so they replaced everyone's keys. Not too sure with them, maybe reach out to their customer service, could be a simular problem.
just got back from instant gaming its the same problem, altough i've done all the steps, uninstalled the game and redeemed the new code and nothing changed? it still isnt showing i can play it on the 22nd

when starting the game, September 22 is shown, although after uninstalling the game (entering the new code) and installing it, the old code is shown
