if I bought the ultimate edition and it shows me that I can only play on the 29th, is this considered a problem with the code?
@MattiasRasch21 there is no difference where to buy, my friends who bought in other stores are experiencing the same problems... it is very annoying that the EA staff does not give a constructive answer
This is such a pathetic post mate, sorry but you're talking nonsense, well you're prob being told by EA to say it but hey ho
If CDKeys, G2A etc were 'Unauthorized' the codes wouldn't ever work on any platform such as Steam, EA etc nor would they be able to trade they'd be shut down
What your post translates to is 'only buy from EA despite the fact we charge 20 to 30 quid more because we're greedy asf'
EA....where it's everyone's fault but ours we always get it right....
i got code from cd keys and the email to get the new code. i didn't uninstall the game, instead i first clicked on redeem code. i entered the new code and it changed the date i can play to tomorrow. after a while i logged in again and it said i can play on 29. does it make a difference that fact that i didn't uninstall the game first?
The code has reverted the original one supplied from cd keys when I check the game properties - hence why I'm probably seeing the 28th again...when I try to redeem second code again it won't let me as has already been redeemed. What a mess.

@EA_Mako basically yous at ea are going to have to do something as even though we have been given new keys they dont give us the correct date of early access as we once had the dudded ones on are account that give us early access on the 28th( so it stays the same). and we cant magically remove the old code we redeemed from our accounts so redistributing keys will never work. its simple just update the times when we get it for our accounts as you can see we have the ultimate edition and therefore should have early access.
Wherever you get the key from, the EA App is a closed environment where the ultimate version should equal release date 22nd Sept in a binary way. I can't even imagine how you mess this up. Why would there be dodgy keys floating around that are a mix of ultimate edition with a release date of the 28th, EA have the power to resolve this.
See unless it's * Ultimate Team transactions not going through they don't care
Hi I had the same problem i when on to EA live chat and after 1 hour i finally got the guy to understand my problem you will have two live keys on your account they need to take the old key off your account after so you only have the new key live and it will fix the problem
bro I cannot even get to talk to someone on a live chat because it wont let me select a platform
Just thinking ....cdkeys said in the email they will be deactivating the original key, which I guess would 'promote' the newer key to be used, hopefully they deactivate the old keys soon.
I bought the ultimate version on Steam and it doesn't work on EA
I got mine from CD Keys and it's telling me I can't play until 5am 22nd September
I was told by CD Keys and EA themselves I could play it from midnight aka now but it's not happening
I'm on PC and in UK is anyone else in same boat?

EA washes its hands and redirects us to Steam when it is clearly a linking problem between the two platforms, this is a shame, I hope they fix it quickly.
