Hi! It seems I found the issue for my delays.

Seems super wierd, but when the IPTV Box is turned on, it causes the lag for the Ea Fc 24. (All other online games works perfectly and connection score is perfect as well). Telekom suggested to make a new subnet, so I set up a second router behind the Telekom ONT, and it seems good now, mostly even when IPTV box is turned on. Only PS5 is connected to my second router, all other devices to ONT). Everything is wired, ports opened, DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

optical fiber from the wall to the ONT, the subsequent router operator and the next router connected to it? doesn't make 3 nats for you?

Optical fiber to ont, from ont lan to router 2 wan. Router 2 lan1 to ps5. Router 2 set to have ip in new subnet in range of 192...2.x not in the 192...1.x as ont gives. Port opened for ps5 on Both devices. IPs reserved. DHCP turned off on router2 and set ps5 ips manually.

@neqolo I don't understand where router number 1 is in all this.
I understand that you insert the Ethernet cable connected to the router no. 1 into LAN port no. 2 and set it to bridge mode?
