I get this error message on the initial loading screen on my Xbox series S
multiple restarts, reinstalls, router power offs and resets, contacting ea chat and having cache cleared on my account and assurance after that in particular that issue would be fixed
not the case
please can someone advise if they have had same problem and any permanent fix

f1 23 works fine (also ea) and no other issues on any multiplayer games - except battlefield 2042 - also ea

Same here! It’s some kind of account issue from EAs end because I can login with no problem on the same Xbox with my friends account.
