Re: Ea servers bugged

My son is logged into PS5 and he is trying to play Ultimate Team on FC24. But every time he selects “Ultimate Team” it gives him a message, “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to the EA servers” However, the PS5 is online. He was just playing online with another game. It does not have to do with being online.

Any guidance?
