apologies for tagging you directly but it’s been 2 weeks with these issues and a fair few people have had them. EA seem to not acknowledge or respond to any of these on any platform i.e., twitter or the ‘EA’ community.
is there a way to escalate this to get a response? Shouldn’t be difficult to get one from the makers of the game.
