The minimum requirements below include a GPU with 4GB RAM where yours has only 1GB: 

Windows minimum requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 - 64-Bit
  • Processor(AMD): AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.2 GHZ
  • Processor(Intel): Intel Core i5-6600K @ 3.50GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB
  • Graphics Card(AMD): AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB
  • Graphics Card(Nvidia): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
  • Direct X: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent (feature level 12_0)
  • Online Connection Requirements: 512kbps minimum internet speed. Internet Connection required to install and play.
  • Hard Drive Space: 100 GB

    Did you end up finding a solution to fix this problem because I just bought the game and it is refusing to work

    I have Ryzen 7 and 6GB VRAM Rtx 3050 yet same thing happens to me and I tried everything the above guy has tried and been trying to reach you guys for over an week but no response and it's been 10 days since I have been able to play....You added this Anti cheat nonsense which has nothing to do with Career mode players and now the game is unplayable and you give us no fix but empty response your excuse for him was lower end pc what is your excuse for me for the same issue or you will simply gaslighting and not respond like to all the posts I have done in last 1 week... I'm fool been buying for last 8 years maybe this is the time to stop playing your games!

    I have that problem too. 

    Also after the splash screen closes when i check task manager FC24's ram usage goes up to 1GB then it closes itself instantly after that ea app pops up on my screen and nothing happens if i wait or not. There is no problem with system requirements
