It is already 7 AM September 20th for me and I don’t have any of my packs or fifa points. Unless i’m misinterpreting the information already stated?

@EA_AljoHello, I was able to log in through the web app, however , I don’t see the pre order contents and bonus, still have 0 fifa points , do I need to log in through my Xbox to claim them? It’s sept 19 in my location

it’s 12:32 in the uk the game is out i’m on it, i got everything BUT the hero pack, how can i get it

I have been on the game for a couple hours and no rewards what so ever, no fifa points, no hero pack, nothing. 

I am on xbox and i am unable to install the ‘pre order content’. Could that be why it is not working?

I have received my 4600 FP and the other basic rewards but i pre ordered in time for the hero pack and haven’t received it when will this be resolved for me

Where's my 4600 points I paid good money for????, I don't want them in a week , I don't want them in a day , I want them now as advertised .

I didnt get mine either. I kept log in and out ut hoping i will get it but nothing.

just bought the game, logged in expecting to open some packs, and all I got was a whole f*ck of nothing.
