What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Evert First Launch
What is your time zone? IST - GMT + 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know but i think it's about the Epic and EA Play connection.
What happens when the bug occurs? When i open the game from Epic, it's trying to open game but nothing happens. When i'm starting to repair on EA Play, after that game can launch. But i need to do this every first launch. Please fix it.
What should be happening instead? Maybe some launcher updates.

    Hello, good afternoon
    I start fc 24 via epic games, splash screen opens and then closes again. The game does not react. No matter what I did it didn't fix it.
    Please help me.

    i bought FC 24 from Epic Games and after i bought it it's normal i can play any time


    but  after 3 weeks i faced Problem


    to play FC 24 i want to do Repair from EA App to game to play it 


    and if i didn't do it the game didn't run any help?

    When I open the game from Epic Games, a small window with the text "FC 24" appears, then it redirects me back to the EA app and the game does not open. Can you help me with a solution?

    Hello,
    I have a problem with EA game (EA FC 24) bought on Epic Store.
    When I try to start it from desktop icon, it opens Epic launcher, then I have to push start button and it opens EA launcher and so endlessly, the game does not start.

    I have only this game from EA, there are no issues with Ubisoft games bought on Epic.

    I've tried to unlink and link launchers but with no result.

    What should I do to start and play this game properly?

    The same situation exists with us. It won't turn on without repair.
