Re: Error in Champions. DOESN'T COUNT MY WINS

The same happened to me. It actually occurs from time to time but this FUT Champions were too much for me.

First game, I played much better, finally took a lead 1:0, my opponent tried to score kick off goal but he failed, then pressed pause and quited a game and... it was counted as my defeat because I was log out of UT. Another game, pretty easy opponent, after my equalising goal (he scored kick off in 1 minute) my opponent paused and left a game. Again, the same happened. Last game, I scored 3:0 before a half time, so my opponent obviously quilted and... it happened again. 

Usually have a 14-6 result, now after 7 games instead of having 4:3, I have 1:6. Tried to contact EA support but it's barely possible. Give me 2/3 wins back.

Stable LAN connection, there is no way anything is on my end. Ping 4-6 ms.

I was one win away from 14 wins and won 4-0 my opponent then quit and I got kicked out the game and got given a loss. 
I need 14 wins reward for fut champs and compensation because that is so unfair it’s unbelievable 

 bro i won in champs 7-3 and after the final whistle i get kicked out and get a lose and not my win and so i cant reach the better rank pls give compensation or something because this wasnt the first time this happend to me

Same. I have lost all hope for this * game

As of 2pm today 4th of May every game I complete has ended with a message saying that the EA servers can't process the request. 

This mean twice I have been given 3 nil losses in Squad Battles (also missing an objective) in games I have won.

Also a Draft game didn't count as a win. 

Issue can't be on my end as other devices are using the internet and have no issue, have also restarted everything. 

Am now loosing time to play games, will probably miss out on finishing in elite on SBs and will end up being rushed with Champions finals games as I dare not play any at the moment in case it has a similar issue. 

Get your servers working properly and maybe give some compensation to the people who have had this issue!

Is there any chance EA just bring back these wins? Or they will just do their best to fix it... in FC 25?...

I was winning 3-0 in Fut Champions and my opponent rage quit. This caused my game to disconnect and when loading it back, it registered the game as a loss. I want to get my win back or get some sort of compensation for it.

Bonjour cela n'est pas normal que quand un joueur adverse quitte à 0-0 en fut champion que sa ne donne pas la victoire à celui qui ne quitte pas.

J'espère que une mise à jour sera faite pour cela.

I play EA FC 24 on my PC through EA App and I was 13 - 6 in weekend league but sadly I ran into a hacker for the second time in two weeks.

They freeze my screen, all my players disappear and they force close my game causing me to lose.

I don't believe there is anything that can happen to help me but this is incredibly upsetting considering I had no way to stop or counteract what happened. That one game taken off me has big implications of my weekend league rewards and it's gutting.

3 times this has happened to me today. Twice in FUT champs qualifiers and in the first game of FUT champs itself giving me losses when it should have been wins. 

I have won the game, either the player has left (in my FUT champs game) as I was 5-2 up or the game has properly ended with me winning. And then it comes up with a disconnection message. ONLY at the end of games. I am wired in with solid internet so that's not the issue. 

How am I going to get compensated for poor servers?!

Hello, I won a hard fought match 7-5 just now in extra time. After the final whistle and my win it disconnected me and gave me a loss. Any of you that play champs know this is a huge bummer. How do I reach out to EA to rectify this?  I have a everything recorded too.

2nd game out of 3 on FUT champs. Played rivals and perfectly fine. 

Is anything happening from this? I have 2 losses from 4 games purely just due to end of game disconnects...

Im from Peru, I had the same problem. it ocurred in 2 games, i won but the game kick me out and we i enter again, appears as a lost. How can EA solution this incident?

Hoy empezando el fut champions iba ganando 4 y perdiendo 1, empiezo a jugar, voy ganando se sale y me saca del juego, me salta un error de conectividad al servidor y vuelvo a entrar a Fc24 y me aparece que yo fui quien me sali del partido, me sucedio al rededor de 5 o 6 veces, espero alguna compensación por que es injusto que por errores del juego salga perjudicado.
