Re: Fc 24 not loading at all

    Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the FC 24 tile.
    2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
    3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

    I'm heading out for the day shortly so we'll have to pick this up again tomorrow. If you don't want to wait, you're welcome to contact an advisor by opening a case here.

    Thanks for letting me know. Next, I'd like you to delete the personal saved data again as I detailed here. Then, take your Xbox offline and try launching the game. If the game loads, go back online and see if you can continue.

    Thanks for trying. Unfortunately, at this point I'm out of ideas. What I would recommend is going through the suggestions on Microsoft's website here as this could be console related. Their support may also be able to help. If I can think of anything else, I'll let you know.

    Did you talk to both our support and Microsoft?

    It's possible there could be an account issue, but you already tried another and still had the same problem so I don't think that's the case.

    There is one other thing I just thought of. Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

    We'll keep an eye out for any server issues. Currently, the vast majority of the playerbase is not experiencing this so it doesn't appear to be a server issue.

  • @EA_Aljo xbox told me it is an EA issue nothing to do with xbox as all my other games work that are not EA. I feel EA is failing the great game guarantee.
