Community ManagerI'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, try rebuilding your databases with these instructions.
You can also try restoring your licenses with these steps.

Honestly I just waited 15-30 minutes on the startscreen and suddenly it worked.

Community ManagerTry deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate FC 24 and delete the saved data.
Done that, it still won't work
hey i have a problem w FC24 on PS4 but I'm not sure if its a problem under (Re: Fc 24 wont let me continue/push buttons) and honestly I don't know if I'm the first w/ this problem or how can i fix it? But here's the problem so you know why I'm so confused, i enjoy playing seasons 1v1 against people online on PS4, winning or losing its still fun, but recently the past 4-5 games online there's been a problem w/ the gaming buttons for example when i want to make a short pass pressing the button(X) , it makes the pass go long or a through ball pass like i pressed the button (triangle) when I didn't want that play to happen or when I'm getting ready to shoot towards goal using the button ( O ), it makes it do almost like a cross like i pressed the button (square) when I didn't. in the result of that happening i been losing those games the past 4-5 online, so i exited seasons online to the lobby to check controller setting, maybe just maybe i selected the alternate controls for my controller instead of the classic controls, which i been using since FIFA 15, but that wasn't the case at all the control settings were still on classic controls, then i thought to myself maybe my actual controller is just broken so i tested that and went into a normal kick-off game going against a CPU and was playing normal like nothing was a problem the passing was normal the shooting was normal everything was good playing a normal kick-off game against CPU, so then i realized okay is not the controls its not my actual controller, it was probably those few games that i played online, so i went back to playing online seasons and in the first game i played i noticed again right away its happening again! the same things the passes are off and not going to the players feet and when i take a shot its doing a cross instead, so after that game i lost but i said im not going to play again until i know how to fix it, so i decided to make this message in hope of if someone could help me out or know what's going on or what i have to do?????. please let me know
i believe i had the same problem and the link that came from your second suggestion (controller reset) is what worked for me!
