Yes is quite annoying the whole situation, more than one week for which I paid for and not being able to play, and no solution, no explanation, not further development, it's even worst in my case as I've gone worst, for not being able to connect online to not even lunching the game, and now with the no EA APP installed on my PC message.
I've even tried to uninstall the game from Steam and installing the game directly from the EA APP, and never works every time appears a message of error downloading and installing.....it seems clear that there is a problem with the EA APP, and noone in EA knows how to fix it.
And today the lunch of standard edition, which probably will mean more players not being able to play due to different problems or bugs: anticheat program, EA APP not installed, problems to conect online etc.
At least I'd appreciate some concern from EA and the Communitiy managers, as I think they'll have a more direct way of communication with the company EA than us, the users. Instead of tagging every post as SOLVED when is not, they should make a post to communicate the developments with these problems, because right now the feeling is that they are doing nothing, and that they don't care about us....such a customer service......if it was a normal company a lot of people would be fired.....but instead they are laughing at us, with the messages of be patient, we are working on that.........
