I, too, haven't received my Prime Rewards even though it is marked as claimed on the Prime Gaming page and my accounts are already linked- EA_QueenBeeHey @FayDimoune,
If your account is linked but you don't have the rewards, then I recommend reaching out to our live support team via the following link:

They can take a look at this for you. Hopefully they can find out what the issue is and help you fix it. 🙂 - @EA_QueenBee I do not have the option for chatting with an agent. I have only the Help Article as option.

Try selecting different problem categories. A contact option should pop up for you if you keep trying different ones.
