How to find a missing Item

Missing an Item you purchased from the Transfer Market or got in a Pack? These could be Player Items, Consumables, Stadium Items or Staff/Managers.
- Double-check your Club to make sure it isn’t there.
- Check the Store to see if you have any unclaimed Items.
- Check the Transfer Targets section to see if your purchase of a Player Item in the Transfer Market was successful.
- Check your Won and Expired Items to see if it’s there.
- When a Player Item gets stuck after you’ve bought it from the Transfer Market, it should be automatically corrected within 72 hours. After 72 hours passes, check your Transfer Targets to see if your Item appears.
- If you don’t get the Item after 72 hours, an EA Advisor will try to regrant it to you - follow the steps below to get in touch with our team. If an Item can’t be unstuck, you may get a copy of it instead. You may still see the stuck Item, but you’ll be able to use the copy.
- Make sure you didn’t Quick Sell the Player.
- You can undo up to 5 Quick Sells for Player Items per 31-day period using our Quick Sell Recovery tool in the Web and Companion Apps.
- Note: You will need to have sufficient Coins to recover a Quick Sold Item.
- Once you submit Items to Squad Building Challenge (SBCs), they’re permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards.
- If an item was used in an SBC we can't reverse it.
- Make sure you always check your Squad before submitting it into a SBC.
