If you're continuously being prompted to reset your password, that sounds like you're resetting the password for the wrong EA account. You can verify if you're using the correct EA account by logging in here and checking for your gamertag under the Connected Accounts section. If you do not see your gamertag under Connected Accounts, that means you're logging in with the wrong EA account. 

If you need help locating the correct EA account, that's something the live support team can assist you with by submitting a help request here- we don't have access to your account details here on AHQ to help with that.

  • I have the same problem. However, I can't really see which EA account is being used. Nintendo creates the EA connection on its own (create a new EA account maybe?!?) and then the error with the QR code appears. I can unlink (delete) the EA connection in the Nintendo account. Then the next time a new one is created and the error is there again

  • @EA_Solaire I was able to solve the problem. I actually already had an outdated EA account (since FIFA'18). Luckily I was able to remember the email address because there is no way to see anywhere which email address or EA ID the Nintendo account is linked to. And unlinking the EA account from Nintendo didn't help either, because unexpectedly the old EA account was used again when it was relinked.
