Deleting your profile when launching the game can fix a good variety of issues. You can do so before entering the game.
It's always a good 1st step.
You could also perform a powercycle:
- Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
- Turn it back on after one minute.Finally, you can try to reinstall the game.
