The one with the flair shot worked for me with a player that had Flair attribute ! I did it with Dembele . I had to try multiple times because he won't use a flair shot despite me pressing the correct buttons. 

I have issues with the one were you don't have to concede a goal yet you fail the task because you start with a goal received.
